Senior PPC Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled PPC Specialist to join our team in Chennai (On-Site)

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running high-converting ad campaigns across multiple platforms, driving measurable business results, and optimizing paid media strategies

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Quora, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels

Conduct keyword research, A / B testing, audience targeting, and bid optimization for maximum ROI

Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and optimize for key metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions

Provide detailed reports on campaign effectiveness to drive strategic improvements

Implement retargeting strategies to maximize conversions and reduce acquisition costs

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats

Provide insights and recommendations to the Marketing team

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, and development) to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages

Create and manage SEM budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources

Monitor expenditures and ROI to ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to enhance ad performance

Qualifications & Skills

4-7 years of experience in running and managing PPC campaigns

Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Quora Ads, and YouTube Ads

Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking

Proficiency in HubSpot or Salesforce CRM for managing PPC-generated leads

Knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and ad copywriting

Google Ads & Meta Blueprint Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Advertising, or a related field
