Legal Counsel - Employment Matters

Role- Employment Counsel- Legal Team- DM- Bangalore

Location- Bangalore

Designation- Deputy Manager

The responsibilities include :

Candidate will be part of the Firms legal team and support the Firms senior counsels on employment law matters pertaining to the Firm and its affiliate entities within India and South Asia region. The responsibilities include

• Assist in review of agreements related to hiring of different types of resources
• Draft and review documents related to requests pertaining to employment laws
• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as talent team, legal experts, general counsel
• Performing legal research on employment laws legal aspects as may be required
• Prepare a monthly legal update tracker on employment laws and circulate within OGC / legal team,
• Assist the talent team in relation to notices received from labour office, employee matter as well as workforce related
• Assist in review of talent policies (new as well as existing) from employment and contractual law standpoint
• Assist human resource and business teams in employment law compliance reviews and responses
• Willingness to assume additional responsibilities as needed;

and other related legalresponsibilities as the Firm may assign from time to time to protect its interests .
