Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced SAP Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will analyze business requirements, design effective SAP solutions, and configure SAP systems to optimize and support business operations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to implement and enhance SAP functionality across multiple modules, including but not limited to Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) , Human Capital Management (HCM), Procurement ,Funds Management (FM) , Grants Management (GM).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions.
  • Design, configure, and test SAP modules to support end-to-end business processes.
  • Lead or support full-cycle SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
  • Work closely with business users and technical teams to ensure smooth module integration and system performance.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications for custom development; coordinate with ABAP developers to ensure accurate delivery.
  • Conduct user training, create system documentation, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP configuration or business processes.
  • Keep current with SAP innovations, updates, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration , or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant in at least three modules (e.g., FI / CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM).
  • Minimum 3+ Years of experience in Finance (FI) and Controlling, Human Capital Management (HCM) , Procurement , Funds Management (FM) , Grants Management (GM)
  • Strong expertise in SAP configuration and business process mapping .
  • Experience with full life-cycle SAP implementations and ongoing production support.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • SAP certification(s) in relevant modules preferred.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Hands-on experience with SAP S / 4HANA .
  • Integration experience with other SAP modules and third-party systems .
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum , or Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Project leadership or coordination experience.
