Senior Fund Accountant || Early stage VC || upto 15lpa

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Fund Accounting Executive to manage fund operations, financial reporting, and compliance. The role offers an exciting opportunity to handle end-to-end fund accounting activities, ensure accuracy in NAV computation, and contribute to maintaining financial integrity and investor confidence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Category I & II SEBI-registered funds and ensuring adherence to SEBI compliance requirements .

Roles & Responsibilities :

Fund Accounting & Financial Operations

• Manage daily fund accounting activities, including posting journal entries, recording transactions, and reconciling portfolios and cash accounts.
• Ensure accurate and timely calculation of Net Asset Value (NAV), income accruals, and expense amortization for assigned funds.
• Maintain general ledger integrity for multiple funds and ensure compliance with accounting standards and fund policies.
• Handle fund accounting operations for Category I & II SEBI-registered Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) in accordance with SEBI and fund-specific guidelines.
