o Setting up the commercial sales vertical and ensure the complete execution of sales,
marketing, publicity and promotion plan for commercial sales for Bangalore region.
o Identify the Channel Partner’s as per org norms & promote products through them
o Marketing strategy for commercial sales vertical for outright and lease
o Responsible for achievement of sales target in terms of outright sales and lease
o Ensure target driven sales of office spaces as per the pricing decided by the management.
o Regular performance review of vendors / channel partners / brokers.
o Provide in depth research about competition, pricing, new upcoming projects & strategies.
o Map different market potentials based on various parameters, set targets accordingly to
ensure profitability.
o Provide inputs for marketing strategy for relevant sales & ensure execution of the same.
o To build a sound base for future business by identifying potential channels & identifying the
potential of existing channels
o To plan sales contents, corporate group presentation, Kiosk activity, exhibition, lead
generation etc. for in accordance with the company plan for business promotion of the
channel.
o Implement SOP’s for commercial sales vertical & strive continuously to improve the same.
o Responsible for achievement for sales target in terms of Outright sales and lease
