Program Manager

We partner with hospitals to enable faster, more seamless discharges for insurance patients—reducing wait times from hours to minutes.

Having already powered 70,000+ discharges at top hospitals like Apollo, Aster, Cloudnine,

Manipal and Narayana, Aldun is on a mission to redefine patient experience and hospital

efficiency.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Program Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets , can derive insights and can independently take ownership of programs from conception to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end programs and strategic initiatives across teams
• Translate business problems into structured plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Work closely with Product, Tech, Operations, and Business teams to drive execution
• Analyze large datasets (SQL) to track program performance and identify improvement areas
• Use Python (or similar tools) for basic data analysis, automation or reporting
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and proactively resolve them
• Share regular updates, insights, and recommendations with leadership
• Build scalable processes, dashboards, and documentation
