Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Microsoft Power Platform / PowerApps Developer and Support

In this role, The Tester will be responsible for analyzing business processes requirements, development of test scenarios and end to end testing of automation solutions

Responsibilities :

• Development on Power platform for Enhancements
• Incident Management for issues to be reported
• Troubleshoot the issue (L2 / L3)
• Perform RCA for recurring, high and critical severity incidents
• Update Knowledgebase and SOP as necessary
• Manage minor change requests / bugfix based on issue / incident prioritization
• Update incident management tool with required details
• Participate in daily / weekly status meetings as required
• Work on Change requests during idle time
• Candidates who have knowledge on Power Platform which contains :
• Power Automate
• Power Apps (Canvas app, Model Driven App and Dataverse)
• Security and Roles, Deployment strategies, Design Concept, Accessibility, Power Page
• Type script, Java Script PowerBI, Licensing, Basic programming languages Eg. Java, .Net, Python and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF)
• Certifications
• Location : Hyderabad (Uppal) or Gurgaon (Badshahpur)
• 100% from Genpact office / Client ODC
