Description and Requirements
Must have 6-10 Years of experience.
Must have core Telecommunication Knowledge of Provisioning.
Must have knowledge of OSS and BSS
Must have knowledge of Root cause analysis ability of Defect(s).
Must have knowledge of SPLUNK in finding logs.
Must have knowledge in API tools and Testing.
Knowledge of JIRA ,OCTANE, CSG, OSM, UIM
Comfortable work in CST shift without any rotation.
Additional Job Description
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with customers and internal teams.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
