Marketing Manager (Performance Focused) About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager (Meta Expert) to lead all paid performance marketing initiatives for our U.S.-based solar brand.
You'll oversee the full marketing department — media buyers, creatives, content, and reputation — and ensure the company dominates across Meta and other digital platforms.
This role requires someone who can strategize, execute, and optimize — not just delegate. You'll lead campaign performance, creative direction, and reporting for multiple brands and states.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the entire paid advertising strategy across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
- Lead and manage a marketing team of 5+ (media buyers, designers, content & community).
- Develop and execute campaigns to generate high-quality solar leads for U.S. markets.
- Create, monitor, and optimize ad funnels, creatives, and targeting strategies.
- Oversee daily ad spend, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion tracking.
- Coordinate closely with sales and leadership to align campaign goals with company KPIs.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for executive-level visibility.
- Test new creatives, ad angles, and offers weekly.
- Mentor and train media buyers to improve consistency and performance.
- Collaborate with content and design to ensure creatives match campaign goals.
Skills & Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Meta Ads.Proven record of managing $50K–$200K / month ad budgets.Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, UTM tracking, and Lookalike Audiences.Experience managing and scaling teams.Strong analytical skills — comfortable with spreadsheets and data analysis.Excellent English communication and leadership skills.Bonus : Experience in solar or lead generation industries.KPIs
