Job Role :
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Executive – Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting solution design to enable data-driven decision-making and efficient business operations. This role is ideal for someone who has a foundational understanding of business analysis concepts and is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Documentation : Prepare and maintain detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and process flow diagrams.
- Business Logic & Process Analysis : Translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications, ensuring logical consistency and alignment with project goals.
- Stakeholder Management : Support communication between business users, development teams, and project managers to ensure smooth requirement handovers and updates.
- Data-Driven Insights : Assist in analyzing business data and KPIs to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Testing & Validation : Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help validate the developed solutions against business requirements.
- Communication : Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and accuracy of deliverables.
- Process Improvement : Suggest enhancements to existing systems or workflows for improved efficiency and productivity.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong understanding of business processes, business logic, and requirement analysis.Hands-on experience (academic / project-based) in BRD, FRS, and use case documentation.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodology.Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.Good command over MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Visio, or similar documentation tools.Exposure to tools such as JIRAEducational Qualification
