Summary

Seeking an experienced Fircosoft Developer to design integrate and support end-to-end sanctions screening solutions. The role focuses on integrating Firco Continuity with payment systems tuning watchlists and providing Tier 3 support for mission-critical screening operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement integrations between Fircosoft (Firco Continuity Firco Trust) and payment / core banking systems.

Configure Firco components customize filter sets and optimize screening rules.

Implement fuzzy-matching and tuning to reduce false positives.

Manage watchlist ingestion (OFAC UN EU) and maintain platform configurations.

Develop scripts / utilities to enhance automation and platform extensions.

Provide Tier 3 production support and manage upgrades / patches.

Collaborate with compliance risk and IT teams to deliver screening solutions.

Maintain technical documentation for integrations and configurations.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

5 years hands-on experience with Fircosoft products (on-prem or hosted).

Strong experience integrating Firco with SWIFT MT ISO 20022 and banking apps.

Strong skills in Java / J2EE SQL (Oracle / DB2 / SQL Server) Linux / Unix scripting.

Experience with SOAP / REST APIs XML / JSON.

Solid understanding of sanctions screening AML KYC PEP.

Nice to Have

Experience in FI environments.

Familiarity with LexisNexis Risk Solutions tools.

Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes CI / CD or cloud platforms (Azure / AWS).
