Growth & GTM Associate

who can amplify both

Incresco’s brand presence

Flinkk’s market traction .

This is a

Founder’s Office role , working directly with the leadership team on growth, brand, and go-to-market execution. You’ll experiment, build, and hustle — driving awareness, adoption, and revenue through creative, data-backed initiatives.

This is an

investment role

70 : 30 structure (fixed : performance) , with

Shape and execute

go-to-market strategies

— from campaigns to partnerships.

Identify and onboard

early customers, collaborators, and strategic partners.

Launch experiments that convert visibility into measurable traction — leads, sign-ups, or revenue.

Collaborate with design, tech, and product teams to roll out updates and campaigns.

Track performance metrics and continuously optimize for higher impact.

Represent Incresco + Flinkk

in conversations, communities, and partnerships that matter.
