Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technology Intern to join our Service Desk team. This 12-week unpaid internship offers hands-on experience in healthcare technology, IT systems, and support operations — all conducted remotely.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist with integration monitoring and reconciliations
Document updates, issues, and progress in Jira
Support service desk operations and client coordination
Participate in structured weekly training modules and assessments
Perform daily system checks and basic troubleshooting
Qualifications :
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly
You should have your own laptop and Reliable internet connection
Ability to work 9 AM – 6 PM EST, Monday–Friday
