Responsibilities :

Responsible for helping teams manage paid social campaigns end to end including setup, optimizations & reporting.

Design and deliver structured training programs (beginner to advanced) across Search and Paid Social platforms.

Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and upskilling sessions for existing employees

Develop platform-specific and cross-channel learning paths aligned to business goals.

Partner with Capability Leads and Team Managers to identify training needs, skill gaps, and certification requirements.

Track progress and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance improvement.

Conduct live workshops, certification bootcamps (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Skillshop), and simulation-based learning.

Create, maintain, and update training materials, playbooks, and SOPs.

Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and automation frameworks across campaign planning, execution, and reporting.

Contribute to career pathing initiatives by mapping.

Qualifications :

A full time graduate degree (Mandatory)

5–8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on Meta Ads & other social platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads), and Google Ads is an added advantage.

Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring within an agency or corporate setting, will be a plus

Strong understanding of platform capabilities, measurement frameworks and optimization strategies

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Certified in at least two of the social platforms

Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills

Familiarity with QA processes, campaign governance, and tool-based workflows is a plus.
