Advanced AI Developer

Job Title : Senior AI Engineer

A Senior AI Engineer will design, develop and implement cutting-edge AI components for a dynamic AI-first, data-centric platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop Intent, Planner, and Router / Composer agents using typed JSON I / O, retries / timeouts, and idempotency.
• Integrate knowledge-graph reasoning alongside a strong RAG baseline to enable accurate graph queries from planner outputs and perform subgraph extraction.
• Implement document prep, chunking / embeddings, hybrid retrieval and reranking for RAG Baseline & Retrieval.
• Tune prompts, routing policies, temperature / top-p settings, and caching for Prompt / Config Tuning.
• Develop evaluation hooks to integrate test sets and scoring, enabling automated re-evaluation on any change.
• Instrument traces / metrics / logs, surface cost-per-answer dashboards, and enforce policy-as-code and entitlement checks for Observability & Cost Controls and Security & Guardrails respectively.
