Charter Global - Quality Assurance Engineer - Manual / Automation Testing

Responsibilities :

• Perform System, Functional, UAT, Integration, GUI, and Regression Testing (Manual & Automation using Playwright, Selenium, .NET framework, TestCafe, Cypress, Postman).
• Develop Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, and Test Data (manual + automation).
• Gain deep product knowledge and contribute to improving product quality.
• Define & track QA metrics (defect density, open defect counts, traceability, defect metrics).
• Collaborate effectively with team members & business users, ensuring smooth coordination.
• Provide insights into defect slippage and latency through traceability matrix.
