10+ years of experience focused on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.

Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle implementations of SF Employee Central or Below Mentioned Modules in a global environment.

Deep expertise in Employee Central configuration, including MDF objects, Event Derivation, Business Rules, and Workflows.

Strong knowledge of HR data models, organizational structures, and position management.

Proven ability to lead projects, mentor teams, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
