Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Gujarat and Bangalore for a Sales and Service Engineer. The role involves providing technical support, conducting field service visits, troubleshooting issues, and performing maintenance and repair tasks for machinery and inspection systems. The candidate will work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and efficient implementation of solutions while contributing to continuous product improvement efforts. The candidate will be responsible for the Customer Success journey and will be working as a single point contact for the clients in the region.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B. Tech either in Mechanical / Electrical
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Field Service processes
• Strong skills in Technical Support, Maintenance, and Repair of machinery and systems
• Excellent Communication skills for customer interaction and collaboration
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields) or equivalent experience
• Experience in the automation or inspection systems industry would be highly beneficial
• Flexibility to travel for field service work when needed.
