UI Developer Staff

The opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI Developer with a strong focus on front-end technologies and 25 years of experience to join our growing Digital Experience team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing developing and optimizing user interfaces that enhance user experience and support business transformation initiatives across the enterprise.

Your key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications and design mockups.
• Develop responsive and interactive web applications using modern front-end frameworks (e.g. React Angular ).
• Implement UI components and features while ensuring high performance and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
• Work closely with UX / UI designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability addressing performance bottlenecks and enhancing user experience.
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between front-end and back-end systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and non-production environments performing root cause analysis as needed.
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing technical mentoring and process optimization.
