Job description

Youll be part of a cross-functional product team that includes UX designers, backend developers, product managers and computer vision researchers. Your role will be central to transforming research outcomes and backend capabilities into seamless, interactive user experiences. Youll collaborate closely with design teams to bring intuitive UI concepts to life and with backend teams to ensure efficient data exchange and application responsiveness across both web and desktop platforms.

What youll do :

  • Design, build and maintain scalable web applications across the full technology stack from front-end interfaces to server-side logic and database integration.
  • Develop RESTful APIs with FastAPI services and middleware using Node.js or Python to support application functionality and real-time data flow.
  • Implement responsive front-end components using React, Angular, Typescript, Next.js, or similar frameworks while ensuring seamless API integration.
  • Integrate UI with APIs and back-end services, ensuring optimized performance and responsiveness.
  • Architect, optimize and maintain backend infrastructure including databases (SQL / NoSQL), caching layers and cloud-based services.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to deliver high-quality features aligned with user needs and business goals.
  • Apply best practices in code quality, security, testing, CI / CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
  • Support legacy systems while gradually modernizing platforms and refactoring for maintainability and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, test and maintain end-to-end features across front-end, back-end and database layers.
  • Translate UX design into high-quality code using modern front-end technologies

    • Write clean, scalable and maintainable code that adheres to established coding standards.

  • Design and manage APIs that are reliable, secure and scalable to support complex data flows and integrations.
  • Implement data models and database schemas optimized for performance and scalability.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot application performance, identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless deployment, integration and release of features.
  • Maintain version control and participate in code reviews, automated testing and continuous integration workflows.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing UI applications and workflows.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to existing architecture and tooling.

    • We are looking for :

    B.E. / M.E. in Computer Science and Engineering / Electronics / Electrical / IT or a related field

    5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong command of both front-end and back-end technologies.

    Proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js, JavaScript and related frameworks.

    Experience with backend technologies such as Python or GO and relational / non-relational databases (MongoDB, MySQL).

    Solid understanding of RESTful API design and WebSocket communication.

    Strong problem-solving skills, system design experience and performance optimization techniques.

    Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

    Knowledge of version control (Git) and agile development workflows.

    Ability to debug complex issues across the stack and deliver high-quality production-ready code.
