About the Role
Fuzen is looking for a high-ownership leader to run and scale our services business.
This is a cofounder-style role where you will own business development, delivery, operations, hiring, and P&L for the services vertical.
You will build systems, grow revenue, and ensure we deliver high-quality automation, CRM, and workflow solutions to customers using the Fuzen platform.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue
- Own the end-to-end growth of the services business.
- Drive lead generation, sales calls, proposals, pricing, and closing.
- Build repeatable sales processes and partnerships to acquire clients.
- Identify high-value service offerings and expand the services portfolio.
Delivery & Client Management
Oversee discovery, scoping, and solution design.Ensure smooth project delivery with strong timelines, communication, and SLAs.Maintain a high-quality customer experience and long-term client relationships.Standardize delivery frameworks, documentation, checklists, and QA processes.Operations & Process Building
Build and optimize internal processes for delivery, billing, reporting, and knowledge management.Create delivery dashboards and track project status, margins, and utilization.Identify bottlenecks and implement systems to improve efficiency and consistency.Team Leadership & Hiring
Hire and manage a team of no-code builders, project managers, and interns.Train and mentor the team to deliver high-quality solutions.Build a strong performance-driven culture with clear expectations and ownership.P&L & Strategy
Own revenue, profitability, margins, and forecasting.Manage budgets, project costs, and resource allocation.Work closely with the product team to feed insights from services into platform improvements.Identify which services can be turned into templates or scalable offerings.Ideal Candidate
Must Have
3–6 years experience in IT consulting, operations, SaaS services, delivery management, or running an agency.Experience selling and delivering B2B service projects.Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.Proven ability to build and lead teams.Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and bias for action.Nice to Have
Experience in no-code automation tools (Fuzen, Bubble, Retool, Glide, Zoho, or similar).Experience growing a services P&L or scaling a consulting / agency team.Background in process building and operational excellence.Personality Fit
