Position Overview
As the
AI-Equipped Lead Generation Specialist , your role is to use advanced AI tools, scraping platforms, automation systems, and intelligent workflows to identify, qualify, and generate leads for PayAgency’s sales team. You will be responsible for filling the pipeline with
high-risk merchants, PSP partners, fintech companies, and referral networks .
Your work directly fuels revenue, merchant acquisition, and partnerships — making you one of the most critical members of the growth engine.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI-Driven Lead Generation
Use GPT-based agents, scraping tools, automation workflows, and custom prompts to identify high-quality leads.
Build targeted lists across industries like
gaming, forex, crypto, adult, nutra, high-risk eCom, travel , etc.
Extract data from LinkedIn, directories, databases, events, and online communities using ethical automation.
2. Qualification & Enrichment
Analyze merchant websites, traffic types, risk levels, and business models.
Use AI to enrich each lead with :
Contact information
Company profile
Estimated volumes
Risk category
Potential synergy with PayAgency
3. Outreach Preparation
Work with sales reps to craft personalized AI-written outreach emails.
Create segmentation buckets based on :
Industry
Volume
Region
Pain points (approvals, settlements, chargebacks, compliance, etc.)
4. Database Management
Maintain clean, organized CRM records.
Ensure leads are categorized correctly (merchant / PSP / white-label / referral).
Update statuses, enrich profiles, and support handovers to Account Executives.
5. Reporting & Optimization
Track lead volumes, conversion rates, response rates, and campaign performance.
Use AI and analytics tools to refine targeting and improve lead quality.
Suggest new verticals, territories, or acquisition channels.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, LLM agents).
Knowledge of scraping tools (Apollo, Clay, Lusha, PhantomBuster, Octoparse, etc.).
Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho).
Ability to create automation workflows using tools like Make, Zapier, n8n, Bardeen.
2–4 years in lead generation, growth, SDR / BDR, or demand gen roles.
Experience in fintech or high-risk industries is a
strong plus .
Understanding of merchant payment flows, risk categories, and compliance is preferred.
Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
Highly analytical and data-driven.
Capable of working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Strong communicator with a proactive, “figure it out” mentality.
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
Exposure to high-risk payment processing : gaming, forex, crypto, nutra, etc.
Knowledge of merchant underwriting & KYC / KYB basics.
Understanding of affiliate networks or PSP / acquirer ecosystems.
Basic understanding of APIs, payment gateways, payment orchestration.
