Job Summary :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive with hands-on experience in GeM Portal, e-procurement portals, government tenders, bid preparation, and documentation . The role involves managing the complete tendering process—from identifying relevant tenders to final submission and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities :
- Search, identify, and monitor relevant tenders on GeM Portal, Central & State Government e-Procurement portals .
- Register the company on various tender portals and maintain profile updates.
- Prepare, compile, and submit technical & financial bids as per tender requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Technical, Purchase) to collect necessary documents.
- Ensure all tender documents (EMDs, PBGs, Affidavits, Certificates) are arranged accurately and submitted on time.
- Maintain tender tracking sheet—submitted, won, lost, and upcoming tenders.
- Follow up with authorities for tender clarifications, corrigenda, and result updates.
- Manage documentation like Work Orders, Agreements, Vendor Registration, etc.
- Maintain proper records of tenders and documentation for audits.
- Handle queries related to tenders, contracts, and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience :
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in GeM Portal & e-procurement tendering .Strong knowledge of government tendering procedures and documentation.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF handling).Good communication skills (email drafting, coordination).Ability to work under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.Basic understanding of commercial terms (EMD, PBG, LD, Taxes, etc.).Skills Required
