Job description

Role : Embedded Linux Engineer (Yocto)

Location : Coimbatore

Experience : 5- 8 Years

Notice Period : Immediate 15 Days

Qualification : B.E / B.Tech

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain Yocto-based Linux systems for medical devices
Create and modify Linux device drivers
Optimize boot time and system performance
Implement secure boot and system update mechanisms
Support BSP development and maintenance

Mandatory Skills :

3- 8 years in Embedded Linux development

Minimum 1 year hands-on with Yocto Project

Strong knowledge of Linux kernel and bootloaders

Proficiency in C programming

Experience with build systems and Understanding of embedded hardware architectures

Preferred Skills :

Experience in medical device development

Knowledge of Linux security features

Familiarity with Git and BitBake

Awareness of regulatory compliance requirements
