About Us
Instavans is building India’s most advanced multimodal logistics SaaS platform — digitizing the movement of goods across road, rail, and ports .
Our suite of products — SmarTruck, RailVision, and HubRMS — is used by top industrial enterprises like Jindal Steel Limited (JSL), Tata Power Solar Systems and other enterprise clients , enabling end-to-end control over their logistics operations.
From live GPS dashboards to automated billing, we engineer the systems that keep steel, cement, and raw material supply chains running.
Our full stack spans Next.js + Fastify + MongoDB + Redis + AWS , built for scale, resilience, and clarity.
Role Overview
As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll work across both frontend (Next.js / React) and backend (Node.js / Fastify) systems that power our logistics control towers, tracking dashboards, and billing engines.
You’ll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and DevOps to build responsive, data-heavy, and production-grade features that are used daily in plants, ports, and control rooms.
This isn’t a cookie-cutter CRUD job — it’s hands-on, architecture-aware work at the intersection of live operations, analytics, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy end-to-end features across frontend (Next.js / React) and backend (Node.js / Fastify) layers.
- Design clean, modular APIs and connect them to robust, interactive frontend components.
- Implement and optimize MongoDB aggregations , indexing, and caching strategies for high-volume datasets.
- Work with Redis + BullMQ for background jobs, notifications, and live event processing.
- Integrate complex systems like SAP , FOIS , and GPS providers through REST APIs.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards , data tables , and maps (Mapbox / Leaflet / Kepler.gl) for TMS and RMS modules.
- Implement role-based access, workflow automation , and SLA tracking in the UI and backend.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability through reusable components and modular design.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to transform operational requirements into intuitive digital workflows.
- Participate in code reviews , CI / CD pipelines (GitLab) , and performance monitoring in AWS EC2 + MongoDB Atlas environments.
