Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SQL Developer at fabbytech Software Pvt Limited located in Chennai. The SQL Developer will be responsible for database development, ETL processes, database design, analytical skills, and data modeling.

Qualifications

Database Development, ETL, and Database Design skills

Analytical Skills and Data Modeling experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Strong problem-solving abilities

Experience with SQL queries and stored procedures

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a strong background in SQL and data analytics to join our team in Sunnyvale. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with complex datasets, generating meaningful insights, and supporting business decisions through data-driven analysis. Candidates with experience in Asian markets or who are bilingual (Chinese, Korean, etc.) are highly preferred to support diverse teams and projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze, interpret, and visualize data to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and dashboards for data extraction and reporting.
Identify data trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve business processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems.
Create clear documentation for processes, methodologies, and reporting standards.

Required Skills :

Strong expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle large datasets and complex data models.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bilingual in Chinese, Korean, or other Asian languages (preferred, not mandatory).

Familiarity with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Python, R).

Previous experience in tech or product-based companies.
