Responsibilities

• maintain, and improve the information systems of the company, including databases, reports, dashboards and tools.
• the accuracy, reliability and security of the data and systems.
• timely and relevant information and insights to the management and other stakeholders.
• the budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting processes of the company.
• the bills processing and system adherence.
• and enforce internal controls and policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• and maintain good relationships with shipping lines and other vendors.
• the best freight rates and terms for our shipments.
• and optimize the shipping costs and performance.
• any issues or disputes related to shipping and logistics.
