Role Overview

We’re looking for a full-funnel Performance Marketer who can think beyond ads.

Someone who understands creatives, strategy, numbers, and human behaviour.

You’ll own Meta performance, creative testing, funnel optimisation, and growth planning end-to-end.

This is not a button-pusher role.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and scale Meta campaigns for D2C brands.
• Plan and run structured creative tests (hooks, angles, formats).
• Create, edit, and request UGC / scripted creatives based on performance.
• Optimise the full funnel from ad → landing page → checkout.
• Analyse CAC, ROAS, MER, thumb-stop rate, hook rate, and run experiments.
• Identify new angles, audiences, and creative ideas to drive growth.
