About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Trainer with strong experience in sales training and outreach. The ideal candidate should come from a Sales or EdTech background and be comfortable conducting both in-house and on-site training sessions across different offices when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver effective sales training modules (classroom, virtual, and on-site).
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training for new and existing employees.
- Assess training needs through regular interactions with managers and team members.
- Provide role-play sessions, case studies, and practical exercises to improve sales performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on business outcomes.
- Maintain updated training materials in line with product / service updates and industry trends.
- Travel to branch / partner offices to deliver training sessions when needed.
- Support employees in improving outreach, lead generation, and conversion skills .
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.Minimum 3 –5 years of experience in Sales Training / Sales Enablement (EdTech or BPO experience preferred).Strong knowledge of sales processes, outreach strategies, and client handling .Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Ability to adapt training style to different audiences.Willingness to travel for training assignments.Preferred Skills
Prior experience in EdTech or inside sales training .Knowledge of modern training tools (LMS, e-learning platforms, simulations).Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate teams.Skills Required
