Job Title : Python Developer / Lead

Location & Shift : 2 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM IST

Job Location : Hyderabad

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Python Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-driven tools for internal sales, distribution, and operations teams. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating generative AI models, and delivering scalable, user-friendly solutions to enhance business workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, code, test, and deploy AI-based applications with robust and maintainable architecture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Integrate generative AI algorithms into software products.
  • Maintain and optimize existing systems; implement new features based on user feedback.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Provide training and technical support to end-users.
  • Research and implement emerging AI technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 4–13 years of experience in software development, particularly AI-based applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (Django / FastAPI); frontend skills (React) are a plus.
  • Experience in full-stack development and AI integration in business processes.
  • Certifications or coursework in AI, machine learning, or data science are desirable.

    Masters in Technology (M.Tech / M.E), Bachelor Of Computer Application (B.C.A), Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E), Master in Computer Application (M.C.A), Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA)
