About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Assistant Cinematographer to join our creative team at NxtWave. You’ll work closely with senior cinematographers and production leads to support all video shoots — from setting up cameras and lights to ensuring smooth shoot operations and data handling.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves being on set, learning the craft of cinematography, and wants to grow into a full-time DoP role in the future.

What You’ll Do

• Camera & Lighting Setup : Help set up cameras, lenses, tripods, gimbals, lighting rigs, and monitors for each shoot.
• Focus & Framing : Assist with focus pulling, framing, white balance, and exposure adjustments.
• Gear Management : Track and maintain batteries, memory cards, filters, and accessories;

ensure backups are ready.

What We’re Looking For

Bonus : Interest in becoming a Director of Photography (DoP) in the long term.
