At Growing Young, we specialize in helping busy executives over 40+ reclaim their health, strength, and longevity. Our clients often come to us with real-world challenges like diabetes, fatty liver, high blood pressure, and injuries. We provide personalized training, nutrition, and medical-grade optimization to transform their health outcomes.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a fitness coach who is passionate about changing lives and has the expertise and track record to make it happen.

Requirements

Certifications : Strength & Conditioning + Nutrition (mandatory)

Experience : Proven results with clients 40+ years old — especially those with diabetes, hypertension, fatty liver, or injuries

Communication : Excellent English and / or Hindi (bonus if fluent in both)

Personality : Client-obsessed, empathetic, disciplined, and results-driven

Work Mode : Fully online — must be comfortable coaching virtually

Availability : Slots open between 5 : 00 AM – 10 : 00 AM IST

Lifestyle : You practice what you preach — fitness and health are part of your daily life

Favourable Qualification : Physiotherapist Experience

Compensation :

Commission-based role

Performance-based bonuses for outstanding client results

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Indian executive clients

Familiarity with longevity-focused or medical-grade health protocols

Physiotherapy degree or hands-on rehab / physiotherapy experience (big plus!)
