Sr. HR Systems Engineer – Enterprise Technology.

As Sr HR Systems engineer in our Enterprise Technology team, you will :

  • Manage and maintain HR systems ensuring they are optimized for performance & reliability
  • Work with HR & IT teams to ensure identify systems requirements for HR systems
  • Develop & maintain systems interfaces as required between HR systems and the other components of the Enterprise IT landscape
  • Troubleshoot HR systems technical issues
  • Advise on data structure and integrity
  • Provide technical support to colleagues in the HR team.

Must-Have Experience :

  • 4-6+ years working with HR systems such as Dayforce, ATS, workforce management systems etc.
  • Clear understanding of HR best practices and sound experience in translating those to HR systems requirements
  • Proven experience delivering global applicant tracking (ATS) systems
  • In depth experience configuring HR systems
  • Experience in roll out of HR systems in multiple countries.
  • Technical Skills :

  • 4-6+ years' experience of Ceridian / Dayforce.
  • Experience of Workforce Management systems such as StoreForce.
  • HR Systems Integration
  • Experience of API integrations
  • Strong background in data security principles with relation to HRIS systems.
  • Soft Skills :

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.
