Job descriptionGuide and mentor network engineers, security analysts, and architects. Validate technical designs, implementation plans, and change requests. Ensure compliance with best practices and security standards. Act as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams. Conduct status meetings, presentations, and executive updates. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations, Support) to align project goals. Proactively escalate and resolve project risks and blockers. Maintain detailed documentation (SoWs, runbooks, post-implementation reports). Provide regular reports on project health, KPIs, and progress. Proven experience in Network Project Management and IT Infrastructure Delivery . Strong understanding of LAN / WAN, SD-WAN, routing, and switching . Knowledge of tools like MS Project, JIRA, and ServiceNow . Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Shift Timings : 24 / 7 Rotational – Includes US shift timings

Key Responsibilities
Project Management :
- Lead end-to-end delivery of network and security projects (Juniper WAN / LAN / MIST / SRX, Aruba LAN, Cisco LAN, Cisco ISE).
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field .
Certifications such as Juniper JUNOS, MIST, or equivalent are advantageous.
