About the Role

As a Legal Operations Intern, you will assist with research, drafting, and organizing case materials for U.S. immigration filings. You will also get exposure to how technology and AI tools are used to support case preparation. This role is a chance to gain practical experience in immigration law while developing skills in legal operations and documentation.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with drafting client-facing documents : recommendation letters, statements, and case summaries.
• Research industries, achievements, and evidence to support immigration petitions.
• Organize and structure supporting documents such as publications, press coverage, and awards.
• Support attorneys in preparing filings that are clear, complete, and approval-ready.
• Explore and test OpenSphere’s AI workflows, helping refine how we serve clients.
