Job Description : Financial Inclusion Project Coordinator (CA Fresher) / CA Finalist
Location : Indore (Head office)
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic Chartered Accountant (CA) fresher to join our team for the profile.
Project Manager for Insurance & Financial Inclusion project.
The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate activities between the Head Office, Zonal Offices of various banks, insurance & clients.
Key Responsibilities :
1.Coordination with Banks and Insurance Company :
- Act as a liaison between our organization and the Head Office, Zonal Offices, and Branches of partner banks and insurance company for life as well as general insurance.
- Facilitate regular meetings and communications to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor and report on progress, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and smooth execution of financial inclusion strategies.
2.Project Management :
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of financial inclusion projects in alignment with organizational objectives.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to financial services and banking operations.Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required for internal and external stakeholders.Support in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance financial literacy and inclusion among target communities.3.Data Analysis and Reporting :
Analyze data related to banking and insurance transactions, customer demographics, and project outcomes to derive actionable insights.Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to track project performance and impact.Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.4.Training and Capacity Building :
Conduct training sessions for bank staff, subordinates and BC agents ,POS on insurance product & financial products, services, and operational processes.Support in the development of training modules and materials tailored to the needs of different stakeholders.Qualifications :
Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.0-1years of experience in a similar role or within the financial services sector (freshers are encouraged to apply).
Strong understanding of financial products, insurance product, banking operations, and regulatory frameworks.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.Additional Requirements :
