Job descriptionConduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs that enhance employee capabilities and performance. Develop and execute the learning and development strategy that supports the organization's goals and addresses the needs of employees at all levels. Manage the creation, delivery, and evaluation of training materials and programs, including e-learning, workshops, and seminars. Oversee the learning management system (LMS) and ensure it is utilized effectively for training delivery tracking. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs, using data to continuously improve learning initiatives. Interact & manager vendor partners (from exploratory to sign off and implementation perspective) Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to incorporate innovative training solutions.

Employee Engagement :
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies using insights from Gallup Q12 and Great Place to Work (GPTW) surveys to identify key drivers of engagement and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to design interventions and initiatives that address the key factors affecting employee engagement.
- Champion work-life balance initiatives, internal communication strategies, and team-building activities to improve engagement.
- Leverage GPTW rankings and Gallup data to benchmark engagement efforts against industry standards and best practices.
