Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Trainer to join our team in Unnao. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training counselors and staff members about Chandigarh University’s products, courses, and services, ensuring they have complete product knowledge and can effectively communicate it to prospective students.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct product training sessions for counselors and academic advisors.

Provide detailed information about Chandigarh University’s courses, programs, and unique offerings.

Assess trainees’ understanding and ensure complete knowledge transfer.

Create, update, and maintain training materials and product manuals.

Ensure all counselors and staff are certified and trained as per university standards.

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback sessions.

Collaborate with academic and admissions teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university programs and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Product Trainer, preferably in the education or edtech industry .

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and documentation abilities.

Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
