Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with 48 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise across Salesforce configuration, Apex development, Lightning components, and integration frameworks. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality CRM enhancements aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and declarative features.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical design and robust solutions.
• Implement Salesforce best practices for coding, security, performance, and governor limits.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST / SOAP APIs, middleware (Mulesoft preferred), and ETL tools.
• Manage end-to-end development lifecycle including unit testing, code reviews, deployments (CI / CD), and post-release support.
• Work on Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing components for enhanced reliability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, technical discussions, and solution reviews.

1. Platform Developer I (mandatory preferred)
