Snowflake Architect

Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Mumbai, Pune

Experience : 12+ years

Shift : Night (US), Flexible

Brief Summary

• Must have at least 4 years of experience as a Snowflake Data Architect and 8 years in Data Warehouse, ETL, and BI projects
• Ability to recommend and design strategies for snowflake compute optimization - query performance, concurrency management.
• Design Snowflake data architectures that are both scalable and efficient, aligning with business needs and best practices
• Expertise in Snowflake - data modelling, ELT using Snowflake SQL, implementing complex stored Procedures and standard DWH and ETL concepts
• Lead the deployment of Snowflake solutions, covering data ingestion from various Data Sources and data transformation.
• Implement best practices for data modeling and querying to monitor and optimize the performance, storage, and cost of Snowflake environments.
• Create and maintain documentation for architecture designs, data models, and operational procedures.
• Identify and resolve issues related to Snowflake performance, security, and data integrity.
• Must have expertise in AWS Platform as a Service
• Take ownership of technical solutions from a design and architecture perspective for both presales and ongoing projects.
• Integrate Snowflake with other cloud services and tools to create seamless data workflows.
• Work closely with Oracle DW, MDM team, data engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
• Experience in end to end design and deployment of snowflake cloud data platform
• Experience in snow pipe and other etl / elt tools such as matillion
• Experience in integrating oracle fusion data is a plus
• Independently troubleshoot overall health and issues of data platform.
