What We're Looking For :

1. Exceptional Communicator : Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with a talent for clear communication.

2. Automotive Enthusiast : A solid understanding of automotive parts is essential. Experience in the industry is a plus.

3. Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using desktop PCs, proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and able to manage multiple applications simultaneously.

4. Typing Skills : Strong typing proficiency will be evaluated through a test as part of the application process.

5. Maturity and Professionalism : Demonstrated ability to handle customer interactions with respect and patience, ensuring issues are resolved effectively and courteously.

Screening Process :

1. Video Submission : Candidates who pass the initial screening will receive a test exercise.

2. Test Exercise : Successful completion of the exercise will lead to further assessments.

3. Final Selection : We will shortlist the best candidates in preparation for when our office opens in Mumbai.
