Job description

JOB Title : Relationship Manager

Location : Bhubaneswar

Experience Required : 2 - 3 Years

Salary : 19 - 20k per month

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Provide excellent customer support and ensure client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
  • Maintain reports and update CRM systems with client interactions

Skills Required :

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated approach
  • Good knowledge of financial products / marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Team player with problem-solving ability

    • We seek candidate with good knowledge of financial products like Mutual funds, Insurance, Portfolio management and NPS ( Net Promoter Score) etc.

    Knowledge of CRM Tools like Zoho CRM, LeadSquared, FreshSales is an added advantage.
