Key Responsibilities :

Work with Control Room operations and bot monitoring

Provide L1 / L2 support for deployed bots

Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues

Collaborate with development teams to ensure bot stability

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

Preferred Skills :

Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere Control Room

Strong understanding of bot lifecycle and monitoring tools

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a support environment with quick turnaround
