About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Specialist with a strong background in Oracle ERP Cloud implementation, customization, and extension.

The candidate should be well-versed in Oracle Fusion ERP modules, sandboxes, reports, and extensibility features to deliver scalable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules.
Implement and manage Q2C (Quote to Cash) processes within Fusion environments.
Build and manage custom extensions, sandboxes, and configurations in Oracle Fusion ERP.
Develop and optimize reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Infolets.
Configure and maintain Extensible Flex Fields (EFFs) and security roles.
Create, monitor, and manage ESS jobs for automation.
Perform custom page modifications, workflows, and personalization.
Collaborate with stakeholders for solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

10+ years overall IT experience with at least 7+ years in Oracle Fusion ERP.

Strong expertise in Fusion ERP modules and business processes.

Hands-on experience with :

Fusion customizations (pages, sandboxes, workflows, flex fields)

BI Publisher & OTBI reporting

Groovy scripting and ESS jobs

Good knowledge of EBS to Fusion Cloud migration / integration.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
