About the Team :

The product team at Neuron7 is new and growing! Youll join a design product team working to launch Neuron7s next wave of innovation and to establish a leading product management development practice at Neuron7. As an early member of the team youll have the opportunity to have significant impact on both product direction and on the teams practices. Most of Neuron7 is based in either the Bay Area and Bangalore.

What youll do :

We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to join our growing this role you will play a critical part in shaping the user experience of our Service Resolution Intelligence product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with product managers engineers and data scientists to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces to that will make our products easy and delightful to use.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop user flows wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concept for complex service products.
• Conduct user research and needs analysis to understand user pain points and gather insights.
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across our products.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of design solution.
• Stay up to date on the latest design trends and technologies.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and processes and a demonstrated desire to continually improve on practices.
• Establish and build the UX practice at Neuron7. Start as an individual contributor and grow with the company.
