Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP S / 4HANA Data Conversion Consultant to lead and execute data migration activities during S / 4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading (ETL) processes using tools such as SAP Data Services (BODS), Migration Cockpit (LTMC / LTMOM), and LSMW, along with a solid understanding of SAP master and transactional data structures across key modules.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the end-to-end data conversion process from legacy systems to SAP S / 4HANA.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define data migration strategy, scope, and timelines.
• Identify and map data objects (Master Data, Transactional Data, Configuration Data).
• Develop and maintain data mapping, transformation, and validation logic.
• Utilize tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, BODS, or Data Services for data load activities.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate with functional leads for mock loads, cutover planning, and go-live support.
• Prepare detailed documentation — including data mapping sheets, load templates, and conversion plans.
• Troubleshoot load errors and optimize data load performance.
