Job Summary :

We are seeking an Accounts Executive – Treasury to join our Accounts Department. The role involves managing treasury operations including bank reconciliations, import / export documentation, cash disbursement, tax compliance, loan and deposit schedules, and coordination with banks. This position is open for B.Com / M.Com freshers with good academic records or candidates with one to two years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Perform bank reconciliation.

2. Handle import payments through Form A1 & A2.

3. Clear Export Data Processing and Monitoring System (EDPMS) outstanding.

4. Clear Import Data Processing and Monitoring System (IDPMS) outstanding.

5. Manage disbursement of cash.

6. Apply knowledge of various Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) provisions.

7. Prepare schedules for accrued interest on loans and fixed deposits.

8. Manage bank guarantees and letters of credit.

9. Correspond with banks and internal stakeholders.

10. Account for bank receipts (INR & foreign currency).

11. Work efficiently with MS Office.

12. Utilize any ERP accounting platform.

Qualifications :

• B.Com / M.Com (Fresher with good academic records)
• Or B.Com / M.Com with 1–2 years of relevant experience
