Support the development of visually impactful content for the firm s sales and marketing team by providing creative and technical assistance to internal clientsDesign and refine new and existing PowerPoint collateral, including statements of qualifications (SOQs) and placematsProvide creative assistance for key firm presentations as needed, including webcasts and conference presentationsDesign and edit various marketing and sales materials such as social media images, signage, and bannersProduce assets for various media through image research, retouching, image manipulation, and the use of appropriate templatesPrepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of printing and media partners, resolve any artwork issues that arise during production, and archive work in appropriate files / systemsAssist with project workflow activities, such as creating PDFs for print and client review, implementing changes, and archivingQualifications :
- Bachelor s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of related project coordination experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint (including master slides, formatting, styles, etc.) and Microsoft Word.
- Strong skills in design software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Professional).
- Good judgment and ability to effectively interface with employees and leaders at all levels within the firm
- Strong organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to producing accurate work in a timely manner
- Strong typographic and layout skills
