Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Acquire and manage existing and potential Sub-brokers, Franchisees, IFAs, and channel partners, both individually and with the team.
  • Handhold and support partners to ensure scale-up, retention, and transaction growth while adding new clients through strategic initiatives.
  • Provide key market and competitor insights to enable business, product, and senior management teams.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Analyze sales metrics to determine business growth potential by city and expansion of Hub & Spoke model.
  • Organize events and activities to generate leads and drive sub-broker and IFA acquisition.
