Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire and manage existing and potential Sub-brokers, Franchisees, IFAs, and channel partners, both individually and with the team.
- Handhold and support partners to ensure scale-up, retention, and transaction growth while adding new clients through strategic initiatives.
- Provide key market and competitor insights to enable business, product, and senior management teams.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Analyze sales metrics to determine business growth potential by city and expansion of Hub & Spoke model.
- Organize events and activities to generate leads and drive sub-broker and IFA acquisition.
