About the Role : We're seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager - Admissions to drive our BTL marketing initiatives and manage the admissions process across our network of schools.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute BTL marketing strategies to generate quality leads
- Plan and represent Makoons at promotional events, educational fairs, and open houses
- Guide prospective families through the enrollment journey with comprehensive counseling
- Process admission applications and maintain accurate enrollment databases
- Build partnerships with schools, community organizations, and businesses for referrals
- Collaborate with franchisees to achieve enrollment targets
- Monitor trends in early childhood education and competitor activities
